The Amperos team is excited to announce its new partnership with EyeCare Services Partners (ESP), which manages multiple leading vertically-integrated vision providers in the U.S. Through the partnership, ESP will leverage our AI for insurance follow-up calls, boosting collector productivity by 3-5x and reducing the cost of calling insurance by up to 80%.
Every year, insurance companies deny up to $150 billion of claims submitted by providers. The collaboration between Amperos and ESP marks a significant step forward in revolutionizing the industry standard for collecting revenue from insurance and ensuring that providers are paid for their life-changing work.
“Collecting claims from insurance has only become more time-consuming in recent years, and finding enough billers to collect revenue can be challenging for providers”, said Michal Miernowski, CEO of Amperos. “Using our AI for calling on outstanding claims, providers like those managed by ESP can tackle understaffing, collect more revenue, and touch on more claims.”
